We’re looking for a friendly and reliable bartender to help with a simple drinks setup for our wedding ceremony at Palm Beach Park. There will be around 50 guests, with guests arriving from 4pm and the ceremony starting at 4:30pm. The ceremony should finish around 5pm, then guests will mingle at the bar until about 5:30pm before walking across the road to the reception venue. We’ll provide the table, tablecloth, ice, buckets, drinks and a few simple snacks, including pretzels and nuts. Drinks will include bottled water, cans of beer and cans of sparkling alcoholic drinks. We’ll need you to arrive at 3:30pm to set up the bar and snacks, serve drinks during the event, keep the area tidy, refill the snacks as needed, and pack everything down after 5:30pm. Budget is $60 per hour.

Balloon garland assembly and installation Looking for someone experienced with balloon garlands to assemble and install a garland on the day of a birthday party. The kit is already purchased and on-site, 124pcs of latex balloons in three sizes plus racing-themed foil balloons (see photos), including a balloon strip and 100 adhesive dots. Extra foil balloons not pictured in the main kit photo are also available. A PVC pipe arch will be provided on the day to secure the balloons to, so this is an assembly and attachment job rather than sourcing your own structure. Please bring your own balloon pump, small clear zip ties for securing the garland to the frame, and clear fishing line for finishing touches. The venue doesn't allow any tape, pins, or adhesive on their walls, so everything needs to attach to the PVC frame rather than the walls themselves. Wiltshire Park - Palm beach. I am wanting to offer drinks post wedding ceremony in Palm Beach, from about 3.30pm, before guests make their way to Dunes for a 5.30pm arrival. We will have approx 130 people. Our stylist will provide a bar. We will not be doing cocktails, just beer, wine, water, champagne etc. We will provide all alcohol. You would need to monitor the levels of food on the table and top up when required. No cleaning or other tasks needed, just the heating and BBQ cooking so we can be present for the party rather than cooking ourselves.
