Help prepare for private function for around 30 people at a residence. Assist with setting up tables, glassware, cutlery etc. Catered food will be delivered, assist the team to have food brought in an and assist with cutting up the roast meats, heating up gravy etc and having items presented ready for guests in buffet style. Collect dirty plates and glasses and load the dishwashers, may need to wash some plates by hand. General cleaning and tidying as required. From 3.30pm until 9pm. Experience in hospitality preferred.
