Our venue is completely BYO and whilst we’ll be doing 90% of it ourselves, we’d like a bit of help with a few things. - Heat up finger food in the oven for cocktail hour (party pies/sausage rolls) - Serving cocktail hour food to guests - Pulling out dinner catering and putting putting it onto serving tables with serving utensils ( guests will self serve) - Pull out the cake - Collecting and washing up plates, serving utensils/trays etc (cutlery and dessert cups are disposable and we will wash up our own wine glasses etc at the end of the night) and cleaning the kitchen. We have about 70 guests. Cocktail hour starts at 5 (so ideally arrive around 4:45) and we’ll need help until approx 7:30-8pm. This should be for about 2 people. I look forward to hearing from you!

Engagement party for 175 guests. We need someone that can help with heating pre cooked food in the oven, and serving it onto the main table throughout a few hours. Keeping the main table clean and tidy and restocked. Likely to be sausage rolls, quiches, cob loaf, spring rolls, sushi, sandwiches/ platters. Prepping of food to start at 5, distribute from 5:30 until 7:30/8pm.

Looking for someone to assist in the kitchen for a baby shower from 11am to 2pm. No cooking or food prep but heating up finger foods in oven, placing on platters and walking around - help with packing leftovers at the end if required

Help get food out of oven and food that people bring to serving area. Put in bowls and top up when food supply low. Take a couple of appetiser platters around. Load dishwasher. Wash platters that don't fit in dishwasher. Refill sparkling water. Take out rubbish when full. Help keep counters clear.
