I am hosting a family gathering at my home in Lane Cove North this Friday night 19th July and I need someone in the kitchen to help prepare antipasta, monitor food in the oven, help serve, run dishwasher throughout evening, keep kitchen organised and general help so I can concentrate on guests. (approx 25 people, group 30+ years as well as older family members) 5.30 to 9.30pm. Some knowledge of food required but no cooking. Previous waitering or bar preferred but not essential Looking for someone calm, friendly and organised to take the stress out of the evening.

Managing dishes and keeping kitchen areas clean, clearing recycling and rubbish, small amount of food prep, support team with adhoc tasks, carrying catering boxes to delivery vehicle. Must be able to communicate effectively, have attention to detail and can work in a fast paced environment - we still have fun! Commercial kitchen hand or hospitality experience is a must.
