I have a baby shower event on 20th June from 3:30-6:30, its a hall hire and own catering but will need 1-2 person to help refill the table with food, drinks and cleaning, washing dishes and packup after the end of the event. need you to stay for an hour after end of event for cleanup

Looking to hire a reliable team of 3 capable staff members (1 Bartender and 2 Kitchen Hands/Waitstaff) to help run a private function in a hall in Hughesdale. I would highly prefer to book this as a package deal with a hospitality duo/trio, or a coordinator who can reliably supply all three people. Date: Saturday, 19th of September 2026 Time: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight) – 6 hours total Location: Hughesdale, Melbourne (Ample local parking/public transport access) Roles & Expected Duties: 1. 1x Bartender: Must have a valid Victorian RSA certificate. Responsible for running the bar station, pouring beer/wine, mixing basic spirits, and keeping the drink area tidy. 2. 2x Kitchen Hands / Waitstaff: Responsible for prepping/warming up food, replenishing food stations, roaming the room with platters, collecting empty glasses/plates, and general cleaning. Important Note on the Final 30 Minutes: From 11:30 PM to 12:00 AM, the focus of all staff will shift to pack-down and cleaning. This includes wiping down surfaces, boxing up any remaining food/alcohol, taking out the trash, and doing a final sweep so the hall is left tidy. What We Provide: All alcohol, mixers, ice, food, and kitchen equipment/cleaning supplies. When bidding, please confirm that you can supply all 3 people and briefly mention your team's experience with private events/functions.
