Catered party for 100 persons - sit down lunch. Need staff to assist chefs serving plates to guests, cleaning up, topping up glasses, managing drinks table, clearing grazing table, setting up dessert table, some dishwashing, some dishwasher stacking, assistance with pack up. I need 4 staff with one being team leader & directing. Staff required from 11.30am to 5pm. One staff member will need to vehicle to collect 100 pieces of chicken from nearby KFC at 1pm.

I’m looking for someone to help with kitchen clean-up and tidying at a relaxed 40th birthday dinner at my home. Hours are 6pm–9pm (3 hours). Main tasks include clearing dishes after dinner, loading/unloading the dishwasher, hand washing where needed, wiping kitchen benches, and keeping the kitchen tidy throughout the evening. Most items will be disposable. This is not a cooking role — all food will already be prepared (spit roast meats and salads). I may also need occasional help keeping drinks topped up for guests (soft drinks, champagne/beer) if needed. The aim is simply to take pressure off me as the host so I can enjoy the night with guests. Must be comfortable working in a busy social home environment. Previous hospitality or event experience is preferred but not essential.
