I am throwing a Gin night where I'd like a professional to talk through 5-8 of my Gins, their flavour, brewing technique, best way to drink them etc. as well as which gins are good for mixing, in cocktails, straight etc. the whole gambit. We will probably need 1-1.5 hrs of time.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional bartender to help at our small wedding on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 in Balnarring, VIC. This is a relaxed, DIY-style event with ~40 guests, and we need someone to oversee our drinks station and keep things running smoothly. Outdoor in a large backyard, but station will be under a marquee if there is heavy sun or any rain. Your Role: -Set up the drinks station (stocking ice buckets, organizing beer and wine). -Serve sparkling wine, pour drinks, and keep the station tidy throughout the event. -Refill ice buckets and ensure guests are taken care of. -Light cleanup of the drinks area before leaving.
