Informal wedding in Tylden, 1 hour west of Melbourne, bar will consist of bottled beer and wine. All alcohol and glassware will be on site, with commercial glass washing facilities available. Event will run from 3pm to 11pm, with pack down of glasses and any rubbish done at the end of the night. Reasonable allowance will be included for travel.

Wedding Event Staff Needed — Food, Drinks, Set-Up & Pack-Down Hi, I’m looking for 2–3 reliable event staff to help with my wedding on Saturday 21 November 2026 at my family’s farm in the Walmer/Muckleford area, Victoria. We are expecting around 100–120 guests. The wedding will have an open bar and a self-service buffet, so we need help keeping everything running smoothly. Duties include: Helping set up and style food and drink stations from around midday Assisting with drinks service Helping with buffet food service and keeping the food area tidy Clearing plates, cups, bottles and rubbish throughout the event Keeping bar, food and guest areas clean and presentable Helping guests where needed Packing up tables, chairs, cutlery, serving items and general wedding equipment Potentially helping move/pack up hay bales or farm-style seating/decor Light pack-down at the end of the night Possibly returning the next day for clean-up and final pack-down Experience with weddings, private events, wait staff, bar work, catering or hospitality is preferred. You’ll also need to be comfortable with light physical work, including standing for long periods and carrying tubs, rubbish bags, chairs and event items. Anyone helping with alcohol service should ideally have a current RSA, although we may be flexible depending on the role and experience. Staff should be well-presented and dressed appropriately for a wedding. Black-and-white hospitality attire would be ideal. The main shift will likely be 9–10 hours, starting around 12:00pm. We're looking for two staff to run bar service from 2pm to 9.30pm on Saturday the 7th of February at our wedding. There will be 80 guests in total, and beverages will consist of beer, wine and one cocktail per guest to be served at the beginning of the reception. The bar area is indoors, with an accessible kitchen and fridge. RSA required and we would ask that staff dress in suitable attire ie. black or white shirts and pants. We're looking for a experienced professional and charismatic person to be in charge of a small team of 4 people to serve food and drinks at our wedding. The team will be 4 people, 1 bartender 2 waiters, 1 cook to heat up finger food. There will be about 90 guests, service will be canape and buffett table, no table service. All food will be pre prepared, except for some finger food items that will need to be heated. My partner and I are getting married on the January 4th 2025 in Taradale. There will be roughly 100 guests. I'm needing a bartender to service our wedding reception on the 28th of October 2023 in Central Victoria (Bendigo). You will be serving basic spirits, soft drinks, wine, beer and potentially 2 types of simple cocktails. Looking for fun, enthusiastic people to help us have a great time!
