We are needing to vacate an office building in Fyshwick ACT. There is a large amount of random items and furniture that needs to be removed and dumped. There are further items to be removed that are not shown. (Please note an idustrial shredder needs to be removed as well - pictured in third photo). This job will likely need two people.

Remove some e-waste including: - 55in TV (scratched screen, working, however missing power cable+ Samsung connectivity dock), will likely require a trolley/2 people to carry - 2x boxes of general e-waste (labelled, one large, one small- 90% of contents are cables, otherwise adapters/small electronics etc) - vacuum cleaner (working, but very worn out) - 2x LED lighting cans (working) - 1x passive sw. speaker (in white cardboard box on top of plastic tub in photo) Plus general waste, including: - approx 35-40 acoustic panels (pictured in window ledge - extremely light weight) - 2x black garbage bags - 2x cloth bags with metal stands inside (not pictured) - 2x metal cable trays (not pictured) - plastic tub with general waste (incl. Metal fixings, etc) - small white box with other general waste (pictured on top of e-waste boxes) Access available from 8:45am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri via front desk, more details to be provided upon acceptance of job. Ample free parking/loading zones (untimed/unrestricted), however Thurs & Fri are typically very busy and parking is very limited. (Mon-Wed generally fine). I’m looking for someone to collect and dispose of a pile of household rubbish (roughly a ute tray of flattened cardboard and packaging) from my apartment, quick 5mins pick up. This mostly includes cardboard boxes and packaging materials from recent purchases. The rubbish is already gathered together and easy to access, so it should be a quick pickup job.
