Repair for roof top water heater

Remove pool solar on rooftop. Metal roof. Solar rubber tubing siliconed down. Needs to use blades to scrape. Roof is about 20 degrees. Slippery when wet. No need to remove rubbish, I will dump.

I’ve pulled off 75% of the tubing but it got a bit hairy for me. It’s stuck on using a black sticky glue/silicone. It’s not hard to get off just a bit high for me! If anyone knows how to remove the glue, I’d be keen to get that done too. I have a ladder. It really shouldn’t take too long. There are some pipes that need to be dismantled also.
