We are located in Sandgate. 2011 Volvo C30 roof lining is coming away in sections in the rear seat area.

Sunroof not closing, need an experienced sunroof repair person to diagnose and fix.

(D) Metal Sheeting Metal roof sheets and cappings appear to be in fair condition with no visible signs of impact damage. There are several creases in some of the metal roof tiles likely due to foot traffic. The metal roof tiles have 3 patches which have been sealed up in the past which can become a point of water ingress when the silicon cracks and fails. Fixings Replace or seal over rusted screw fixings. (D) Metal Sheeting re seal patched metal roof tiles. monitor other dents in metal roof tiles.

Basically the house I purchased (old post war Queenslander) needs a roof restoration to the metal roof as it’s a little rusty and has a few holes. Looking for an idea of what it’ll cost to clean and repair/restore a 100-120sqm metal roof? Unsure what this normally costs as all online roofing businesses won’t quote the job due to being too busy. I need to get roof inspection and repair tile grout or resealing cracks (if needed). A flat roof (sunroom) is attached to tiled roof of two storey house and water was pooling above the flat roof. A plumber initially inspected and advised it’s due to water not draining quickly enough during heavy rains. We had an additional drain pipe installed but I’m not confident the issue is fully resolved as the ceiling plaster seems damped still. We have a leak in our garage roof. A roofer came a few months ago and said he had fixed it but we just had our first major rain since then...and it is still leaking. I guess we're fortunate we hadn't gotten to restoring the ceiling yet. I have pushed out a piece of safety tape from the inside of the roof to show where the leak seams to be coming from. Not exactly sure, but it looks like this is leaking onto the isolation batts from the roof, then onto the ceiling.
