The heavy rain has caused a couple bricks to sink, I believe some of the water might have been pouring out the down-pipe straight onto the concrete. I would like this fixed and to stop this happening in future. If you’re interested please explain what is the best solution for this. Looking for an experienced painter to paint the front of house. This includes preparing the surface, fixing minor cracks (as seen in pictures) and painting the wall, ceiling, pipes, pillar, front door & spray paint the gutters in front and behind house. We're after a quote for some gutter and roof repairs please, appreciate if you can help with any or all of these: - about 2-meter rusted gutter needs replacing, please see included photos (and in yellow circle on attached roof diagram to assist) - a gutter corner sealing (in green circle - new gutters but corner leaks onto wood beam making it soft) - An area near patio corner is overflowing during heavy rain under the eaves into kitchen (in orange circle). We are considering adding an extra down pipe in that section, which might require running a connection to nearby soakwell (and temporary move of aircon and few pavers to put connecting pipe in, please see last corner photo). Other suggestions for dealing with this welcome (goal just being to stop the overflow into the kitchen) - Possibly adding fins to one or two valleys to help with gutter overflow during heavy rain (goes to solving same issue as above, rough location in cyan circle) Could you please provide a quote for these items individually and in total if done all together? Good to do but no rush are: 1) one bottom section of down pipe is rusted and needs replacing (red circle) 3) one extra overflow spout (in purple circle), there's an overflow on left but not on right, leading to sagging gutter when water accumulates 4) some ridge cap repointing touch ups (some redone by previous owner, but touch's up might be needed) 5) some siliconing, and flashing redos (in blue circles - completed not too long ago but worth re-checking) Flexible on timing (date selected because the form required one), especially with less urgent ones.
