Update: You will need a ladder that is minimum 10m tall (the one in the photo is 5m). No crawling on the roof permitted. The gutter part with limited access is no longer required. Preference is for you to visit on site prior to agreeing on the job. Gutters to be cleaned on a 2 story house; a tall extension ladder is required. There are removeable gutter guards in place and weeds in the gutters, so the guards will need to be removed and re-attached. On one side of the house there is limited access to reach all of the gutters, as the house is very close to the neighbor's home. - Due date: Flexible
