Downpipe has rusted through on our terrace balcony. Access is relatively easy from the balcony and the new downpipe needs to be fitted into existing guttering. All equipment and materials need to be supplied.

Trim existing 1.8m steel gutter (or supply new), supply and fix end cap and down pipe fitting and PVC downpipe. - Due date: Flexible

Roof plumber needed to replace three sections of rusted downpipe on two-storey house. Materials already purchased and on site. One section to join gutter to existing downpipe, 1.5metres with 5 bends. Broken gutter and downpipe need replacing and fixing. Some broken plastic corrugated roofing also need removing and replacing. Located on a garden shed and shelter. Looking for quotes to get the job done. - Due date: Flexible

Existing copper gutter requires repair, realign and maybe some replacement including a new down pipe. - Due date: Flexible

1. Remove tiles around Chimney and replace any that are deteriorated or have crumbling channels. Tiles will need to be purchased, we have the specs. 2. Install new Flashing around Chimney chasing into the mortar. Running over existing flashing or remove existing flashing. Pay particular attention to the top and bottom of the Chimney. The top has a pooling section. This can be prevented by using a metal flashing piece under the flashing to prevent a flat spot. The bottom Flashing covers a gap which goes directly into the wall cavity. This is where the area of leak is. Particular attention to make sure this is watertight. Possibly using the metal flashing piece under to ensure no future sagging of flashing. 3. Install small Downpipe section from the top Gutter into the Water tank to help the top Gutter drainage. 4. Install a pop outlet somewhere near the top 1/3 of the Gutter near the chimney somewhere. Be sure not to put above a window or the AC unit. 3 downpipes need to be replaced on house. 2 are on the ground floor and one is on the 2nd story. I’d like metal pipes like the existing ones. Cost of materials is additional to Airtasker labor cost. Not sure how much this should cost so please just give me a quote. - Due date: Flexible

(1) install a down-pipe (removed in 2005 during a reno) at rear of home. The drain remains under the wooden decking for the pipe to run into. (2) replace section of down pip in garage to manage a greater volume of water. It currently over flows as the width of the down-pipe is too narrow - and it is the only down pipe for the entire right side of their semi. Both pipes are easily accessible with a ladder - the garage pipe work is at standing height. - Due date: Flexible

2 of my downpipes are leaking and need to be fixed asap

Small job. Install pvc down pipe to gutter. Pvc pipe and attachments supplied. Only need someone with extender ladder to attach.

I require a licensed plumber to repair/ replace the bottom elbow of the downpipe. Need to also paint match the part. See photo for detail.

The water is dripping from the roof gutter into the downpipe and landing on the L joint halfway down causing a noise. I think it needs to replace downpipe with new anti dripping pads or PVC downpipe - Due date: Before Sunday, 21st Nov 2021
