Install new downpipipes, trench approximately 34m, lay 90mm PVC drain to the street and cement around 12m to cover the drain. Concrete cut is made already by me but I am so busy now, I can't do the job and have to get someone to do it for me. I have just put $400 budget, but you give me a quote it can be all inclusive or I can buy the material whatever.
