We have 2 brick walls that need cutting & rendering. The quotes, insurance, trade licence & warranty information must be approved by strata. We want quotes for the whole wall removed. As well as q quote for just leaving approx 85cm or wall each side. Happy if you want to swing by to quote in person.

I need a 15kg mirror mounted on a brick wall with a thick layer of rendering. I don’t have an sds hammer drill or any fixings etc so would hope you have this! :)

Assess damaged single brick wall; possibly demolish whole wall and rebuild; or; repair hole in brick wall (depending on best option); render and paint brick wall; remove demolition rubble. Will need to source bricks and materials. Existing brick wall is single brick; 9m long, 2 metres high. Hole in wall is approximately 4.5m. House shifted foundations and had underpinner who arranged stitching in the 2 rooms affected but didn't render it back up. My REcalculations is up to 10m² over 2 rooms and a hallway but likely less as I'm overestimating to be sure. - Due date: Flexible

The gate attached to the pillar was touched by a vehicle on exiting so it causer the plaster to crack. It need some plastering around the cracked area. Pillar has has not detached and gate is attached. Photos available. - Due date: Flexible

Render internal brick walls - Due date: Flexible

We have a wall that is uneven and stripped back to brick in some spots and would need it to be rendered and flat so the kitchen can be installed - Due date: Before Friday, 16 June 2023

We would cement render our internal sunroom wall. The approx length of the wall is 290cm wide. There is also a small corner wall that would also need doing. See photos attached. - Due date: Flexible

Need render touch ups of the walls and corners of a bedroom (rough patches and sections of uneven finish) before painting and fill in of cavity under skirting boards that was discovered when we removed the old boards. 1-2 days work anticipated Photo is a sample of 1 wall but the 4 walls will need some work around the skirting area and there are some screw holes in the walls that used to hold up a beam for the wardrobe that we've taken out. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 6 June 2023

1. Replace wooden deck slats with spotted gum Timbers. 2. Repaint discoloured ceiling following water ingress that’s been fixed. Small area. 3. Inspect roof in other part of house for damp and try and fix where leaking. 4. Render damaged small sections where new down pipe has been installed. 5. Paint door jam inside. 6. One of the cement-rendered brick walls out the front of this place was knocked over, the bricks have been removed but we need the base that is left rendered with cement to create a smooth finish. It is about 750mmx750mm so not a huge job. - Due date: Before Monday, 4 July 2022

Render over brick fireplace 280cm high 150cm wide

I have a number of minor jobs that would suit an experience handyman/carpenter, who can paint and do handyman tasks. There is some lifting involved, for the laundry fixes, therefore the task may need 2 people. I am open to discussing how you propose the jobs are done and the time involved, as I do not want to compromise quality over efficiency and be left with poor workmanship. I am looking for an experienced handyman in this regard and will award job based on positive references and proven credentials.
