Hi, I’m looking to have a spa removed from a property as soon as possible. The spa is only approximately **one year old and in full working condition**, but it is no longer required. We are looking to have it removed urgently as new tenants are moving into the property soon. **Access is the main issue:** there is no side access to the house, so the spa may need to be removed from the opposite side of the property. This may require temporarily removing a section of fencing. If it cannot be removed in one piece, we are happy for it to be **dismantled/cut into sections and removed**. We would prefer someone who can handle the complete job, including dismantling if required, removal from site and disposal. Please let me know your earliest availability and provide a quote. Relocate and crane over into new location

I've an old spa roughly 2m x 2m. There is no fence around it and Council is asking to make it Compliant. Two options(Whichever is Cost Effective). 1) Build a standard cheapest fence around it and ensure it is Compliant with Council standards 2) Remove it completely and cover it with Timber decking.
