Galvanised steel shed beams to be picked up from Newcastle delivered to maroota measuring 10m in length. Need a semi trailer to move.

1. Two bedrooms and a sunroom need to be emptied of furniture in preparation for floor refinishing (a third room may have a small cupboard to be moved but is otherwise empty) 2. Outdoor lounge on back verandah needs to be broken up and taken to the tip 3. Large table inside needs to be moved to back verandah 4. Take outdoor lounge and general rubbish to Summer Hill Waste Management Centre (we will have a voucher) 5. Take some furniture (bookcases, small tables, boxes etc) to storage unit. NOTE: House is single storey with a few steps at the front. Most furniture will stay in the house.

Will need a trolley. The fridge is in the back shed and will be need to go down the driveway to the front of the house. The property is flat. Once at the front there are 4-5 steps to go up.

Small 2.2m x 2.2m x 2.2m garden shed to be taken apart. It looks straight-forward, just a number of screws to be removed. Actual removal of the shed not required but if you would like to keep it to on-sell that is welcome.

I have recently sold my home and still have some remaining areas that have items requiring disposal (skip bin is on site). I am requiring someone to be on site to physically put the items in the skip and break down items if needed. My partner is recovering from a major surgery and is currently unable to do any lifting, he would otherwise be doing this task. He will be onsite for the duration to advise what needs to be thrown out. Some items may need to be broken down (wooden garden seat, small dresser drawer etc). There is a small shed that is requiring items removed and some garage cupboards. I am thinking this job should not take more than a couple of hours. There is also some electrical appliances (a microwave) and two lawnmowers on site that are requiring disposal. If you are also able to remove these on site, please let me know. Thank you!
