Removing were both punctual and friendly and made the moving process pretty seamless with effective communication. However the quoted time for the move was inadequate and we did end up having to use a further hour to complete the job (roughly an hour each to load and unload bedroom furniture+ travel), so potentially needed a third set of hands for the job to be a bit more efficient in order to complete the job per quoted time.
