One single step in the hallway from feont of fitzroy or a small number of steps if coming from the back of the fitzroy house. Old fridge to be moved to the garage.

Did not communicate that they were running over 2 hours late for pickup, blocked my calls when trying to follow up. Made the people at the other end for pick up constantly wait around. Did not communicate when they would drop off the fridge and had to chase them up. Better communication would have made this a completely different experience. Don't lie about your eta and also be up front, say that you're doing other jobs first or simultaneously.
