One large pot plant, heavy, to be loaded too. Truck can be backed right up to garage at rear of townhouse. Delivery 1 - to Camilleri Way (<10mins from current location). Deliver all furniture to townhouse which is street facing. Mattresses and bed base boxes to be delivered to first or second floor (all straight stairs and no corkscrew). Lounge, fridge and remaining furniture to ground floor. Pot plant to front courtyard. Truck can be parked on road or verge and unloaded <20 m to front door. Delivery 2 - Mitchell tip.
