Help me dissemble an IKEA bed and dispose it downstairs for hard rubbish collection

Please collect and dispose of packing materials, rubbish and a trolley left behind by removalists.

Removal and disposal of everything (except fridge and washing machine) from a first floor unit in Malvern East. There is no lift so you will need to take them down 2 flights of stairs from first floor to ground. Furniture mainly includes bed frames and mattress (double x2 and single x2, can be dissembled), desks, chairs, dinning table, one ikea cabinet and miscellaneous stuff like shelves, shoe racks, cloth hangers, stools, etc. EVERYTHING IN THE UNIT MUST GO except fridge and washing machine.

Looking for someone to pack up to remove/ take away all of the cardboard/ packaging & rubbish in my garage at the moment after moving in & getting settled. I have attached some general pics of this area. You can drive down the driveway and access the garage (where the rubbish, packaging and cardboard that needs to be removed is) and pack it directly from there, as there is space to park at my roller garage door. This task needs to include packing it all up/ organizing it all to pack it into your vehicle, removing/ taking it all away with your vehicle, and organizing & completing the disposal of the contents of the garage. I don't mind at all what happens with the boxes/ cardboard/ packaging or anything in the garage as long as it's taken away/ handled. Collect 8-10x tins of paint and drop these at 144 Talinga Road, Cheltenham, which is the Bayside Waste & Recycling Centre. Confirmed that disposal is free of charge.
