Garden tap is leaking heavily (like the water is gushing out) in the front yard and needs to be fixed asap as I’m worried it might be a pressure problem. Edit: Tap has been replaced recently so that might not be the issue.

I got two showers always giving me trouble with leaks due to washer issues. I prefer to have mixer taps to avoid this in future. The house is only 3 years old.
