JOB 1 - MORE URGENT We have an issue with an upstairs bathroom shower that appears to be leaking. A small hole has started to form on the ceiling of the lower level. The hole is directly underneath the drain of the upstairs shower suggesting that there is either a leak with the drain pipe from the shower above, or there is a leak somewhere else within the shower. I am pretty sure it is a leak from the drain pipe however. So the job would be to firstly locate the leak which would mean removing part of the downstairs ceiling to investigate, replace / fix the leaking pipe, and then re-patch the ceiling and paint to make good again. If the issue is somewhere else in the shower itself, then we will need this looked at and fixed as well. JOB 2 There has formed another small hole/crack in the downstairs ceiling area. This part of the house does not have a second story above which suggests there is a potential leak from the roof somewhere. - Due date: Flexible

Looking for a plumber to do the following - move laundry taps down and under wall. As we will have a washing machine that fits under the bench. - move shower from one location to the opposite wall in bathroom - install plumbing for double vanity (where the old shower is). Either casting fault or crack in the tap seat of the cold tap in our shower. Don’t know anything more than that, constant (dripping) flow of water escaping from the shower head. Will either need to repair or most likely replace the tap seat.

I need my existing shower tiles and shower base (1200x900) removed and replaced. I envisage that the 2 shower walls will be cut and removed with most of the tiles attached. The new tiles are 300x600. Approx 6 sq m of tiling is involved. I will remove the existing shower screen, taps and shower head. The supplier of the new (frameless) shower screen will install the screen. A new vanity unit (600mm) needs to be installed. I have a plumber if needed. The plumbing is straight forward (shower and vanity). I will remove the existing vanity. I have recently renovated a bathroom so I know what's involved. It is imperative that the waterproofing is done properly. I will provide all materials.
