The shower is leaking constantly. When the vanity was doing this the taps had to be changed BC they did not have washers. So I am assuming these will be the same. So I am asking for quote to replace the shower head and the taps in the shower.

The bracket/holder for my shower head has broken and so the shower head is coming off now. I need someone to fix it so it stays upright again. What needs doing: Remove the broken holder. Install a replacement part (I need you to provide the part). Ensure it’s securely fitted to the rail or wall without damaging the tiles. Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well. Additionally, shower head in guest bath is loose/not anchored properly. Wanting it fixed or replaced with a detachable shower head. Budget is based on the presumption that only minor fixes are required.
