Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well. Additionally, shower head in guest bath is loose/not anchored properly. Wanting it fixed or replaced with a detachable shower head. Budget is based on the presumption that only minor fixes are required.

We have had new taps installed in the shower & since then, the shower head keeps dripping (lots) unless we turn the taps really, really tightly.

First task: We need a handyman to replace our current outdoor single-sided door knob with a double-sided knob. Optional: The door wood may also need to be planed, as it has swollen over time, likely due to humidity and age. Second task : We also need to install a proper shower head bracket , as the new shower head doesn’t fit our current setup.
