Hand basin pipe was opened to remove hair / blockage. After putting it back, it now leaks from the bottom pipe when tap is on. Possibly the rubber washer/seal has moved or fallen out.

I have a washing machine in a bedroom that needs to be moved to an outdoor laundry - approximately 20 - 30 meters, but i have a trolley to move it. Then it needs to be connected.

Need a plumber to assess and fix toilet. The toilet didn't flush properly- it has a very weak flush.

Looking for a licensed plumber or highly experienced handyman to replace my kitchen sink and two mixer taps. Scope: 1. Kitchen sink – Current is a top-mounted stainless steel, outer rim size ~1080 mm (L) × 480 mm (W), with cut-out size ~1050 mm (L) × 400 mm (W). • Existing sink is double-bowl with drainer. I’d like to replace it with a single-bowl top-mounted stainless steel sink of similar footprint, to keep the job simple and avoid bench modifications. • Remove and dispose of old sink, re-seal with silicone. 2. Taps – • Kitchen: Replace current mixer tap with new pull-down spray mixer (preferably with adjustable spray functions). • Laundry: Replace existing mixer tap with new standard mixer tap. Additional notes: • Labour only – I will supply the new sink and taps, unless you assist with selecting and purchasing the sink. • I would appreciate advice on suitable replacement sinks that will fit my cut-out dimensions. If you are able to source and purchase the sink for me, I will reimburse the cost (with receipt) and can adjust labour payment accordingly. • Please check plumbing connections and ensure no leaks. • Removal/disposal of old sink and taps included in the job.

Rooftop Edwards solar hot water service is leaking (priority). Also need several other plumbing jobs done... Two leaking toilets, taps replaced in 2 showers, under sink leak.

Install new plastic toilet cistern. I have purchased the complete cistern and kit. Simple install - it sits on 2 plugged screws into concrete wall. Product is: Fluidmaster Monaco Universal Cistern with Link and Seat WELS 4 Star 4.53L/Full Comes with instructions. Experience with this type of install required. Ground floor unit - no stairs. I would do it myself, but I am not in Queanbeyan at this time.

My bathroom’s shower head does not stop leaking when not in use. And my toilet’s flush is leaking into the toilet bowl, cannot see from where, but only can hear the sound of water leaking.
