My tap in the bathroom tub is somewhat leaking i put in new fixtures about two years ago, could be a simple fix

Taps, water filter and shower to be replaced as per the photos. I have already bought them so just labour.

The outside drain from our laundry is partially blocked and overflows under the house. Need to unblock it!

My shower base has cracked and caused some water damage to the major structural beam underneath. I’ve been told that I could get sister beams installed instead of replacing entire beam which would be cheaper. I would also need the shower base to be replaced however don’t want to have all shower tiles removed as the rest is in good condition and don’t think I could get the same tiles again. Would be great if the least amount of tiles are removed as possible. I’m also looking a replacing the kitchen sink plumbing as it’s rather old. Just after a rough estimates / quotes for how much this would cost??

We are looking at converting the front yard in to a car space and need our water meter lowered to give us access to that space. Would like a plumber who can supply and install a water meter pit and lower our water meter.
