Looking for a licensed plumber/gas fitter to inspect and service our Thermann gas storage hot water system. The unit is approximately 4 years old and is still heating and supplying hot water normally. However, it has recently started making a noticeable crackling/popping sound, particularly when hot water is being used for the shower. The system has not been flushed since installation, so I suspect there may be sediment or mineral build-up in the tank. Looking for someone to: • Diagnose the cause of the crackling/popping noise • Flush/service the hot water tank if required • Ensure the gas hot water system is operating correctly and safely Located in Maylands, WA. Please quote for labour/service and advise if any additional parts are likely to be required.

Replace main bathroom and ensuite shower head/rails. Have the replacement already just need someone to install budget is flexible as well.
