Looking for a qoute to move my kitchen taps from wall mounted to sink mounted. I am planing on buying an ikea kitchen and installing in Jan/feb (owning availability) and want to understand the cost to redo the plumbing I have included photos of the current sink and the sink/tap I am hoping to install with the new bench top.

Hot water was working perfectly until yesterday. Abruptly this morning, all hot-water taps are running cold. We checked at the tempering valve outside and even after pulling the lever there, only cold water is coming through. The tempering valve itself was replaced in early July.
