Hello! Washing machine needs it's hot water pipe replaced because of an error message: not enough water pressure. Bought a new hot water pipe 2m from Bunnings. Just need someone with the tools and strength to come over and fix it to the machine and plug it up to the tap (bit fiddly as it's under the sink) I'm broke and currently unemployed for health reasons. The hot water in my apartment is only luke warm. Strata manager suggested to check if the tempering valve has failed inside the apartment. The hot water system is centrally controlled in the building.

Pilot light on my gas hot water system went out after a gas supply shutoff (gas supply confirmed working - stove runs fine). Need it relit asap - before 9:30am or after 1pm please. It’s a standard outdoor gas storage tank with easy access. Should be a quick job for someone who’s done these before. If the pilot won’t stay lit it may need a new part - if you’re a licensed gasfitter, happy for you to quote on the spot. The issue: - No hot water anywhere in the apartment (including the kitchen). - The system was working previously and has now stopped heating. - Power is on to the property. About the installation: - Dux Proflo 100L electric storage hot water system. Roof top Solahart hot water system heating element is not working and probably needs replacement. Located on a two story house is at least 10 to 15 years. Water heats from sun but not electricity.

The shower hot water tap is not allowing water to flow through. The cold water is functioning normally, but no water comes out when the hot water tap is turned on.

Our hot water is very warm but not hot. It used to be hot. We live in an apartment and our neighbours say their water is hot. Gas/electric company say no issue on their end. Building management says it may be a tempering valve issue.
