I'm looking for a licensed plumber to replace an existing hot water system. The current system is still working, so this is not an emergency replacement. The reason I want the work completed in two stages is that I plan to remove cabinetry behind the unit and complete some tiling work before the new system is installed. The job would involve: Visit 1 • Disconnect and remove the existing hot water system • Take the old unit away for disposal • Leave the area ready for cabinet removal and tiling works Visit 2 (approximately 1 week later) • Supply and install a new hot water system • Connect and test the system • Remove all packaging and rubbish I'm hoping to find a plumber who can treat this as a single project rather than charging two full call-out fees, as the second visit should be a straightforward installation once the area is prepared. I am doing my kitchen and need to disconnect/re--commect copper water pipes to fit base cabinet. If we organise the day I can cut pipes and fit cabinet so will just need to reconnect. Pipes will need to be re soldered. The sink down pipe wont need to be touched as I will connect later on so just need to re-cinnect the hot and cold water copper pipes Thanks

The hot water in my apartment takes a while to heat up, and then cools down. The pressure also drops with two taps on. I expect it may be a TMV replacement and pressure valves. Unsure what this should cost to fix, so after a quote.
