Need a Hot water system replaced in a 3 level apartment top level.

Our hot water keeps switching off at the heater. We can unplug it and plug it back and it restarts but the next evening it goes off again. I have no idea what to put in as the budget so just tell me the price.

There is a tiny crack or pin hole where water has been leaking from for quite awhile now.
