I already have the unit. A 50mm copper gas pipe and water service already excavated and close to the install area (pic 2). NB: The yellow pipe is out of service, the gas meter was relocated to the front of the property and upgraded to the 50mm feed for the house a few years ago. Hot and water cold water lines are in roof space just above install area so the option of having cold feed from above is there. Tiles easily removed for access. It's a double brick wall with cavity that should enable partial concealed pipework. Bricks can be removed to facilitate this. - Due date: Flexible

Thurmann hot water system pilot does not start. Must be able to diagnose this system. There is gas supply other gas appliance operate. The system is on the ground. I have had a Midea Hot Water System recently installed. It ( the system ) is in working order. Hot water has been running mostly lukewarm. The unit is a “Thermann 26 Gas Continuous Flow” system. Photos attached. Only one unit needs to be fixed. Most likely a valve needs to be replaced. Looking for a plumber who services Thermann units regularly and carries replacement valves or whatever common parts might be required. It's a particularly common brand and most likely a simple fix for someone familiar with Thermann units. I will not pay someone to come look at it, tell me that it needs a valve replaced, then go away, order one, come back and charge me for two visits! - Due date: Before Tuesday, 18 April 2023
