Repair leaking issue with Sanden Hot Water Heat Pump.

Our LG washing machine has connections for both cold and hot water. The cold water hose is already connected. We now want to connect the hot water hose to the tap. However, the cap on the hot water tap is extremely tight, and we’re not sure if it has been used before. We would appreciate help with connecting it properly. A professional plumber would be preferable.

Install second-hand hot water system. Just water connection as there is a power plug in the vicinity of the position . The premises is an old warehoiuse. It has never had hot water connected. The hot water needs to be piiped to the sink above it and the toilet next door, the back wall is besser brick and the side wall is Masonite sheets. Looking for a licensed plumber to swap existing: - Stiebel Eltron Instantaneous electric hot water unit for new same size model (same measurements and specs) - kitchen mixer cartridge replacement with original part on hand - toilet cistern flush valve replacement with original part on hand. I believe these are 1-for-1 swaps so install be straightforward. Parking can be provided onsite.

I need a new hot water tank installed under the sink of our pharmacy staff room. The current (very old) tank has cracked and leaked

A copper pipe leading out of my hot water service has developed a pinhole leak. The pipe will need replacing. The other pipes on the water service seem to be in fairly good condition, however, I'm open to people's suggestions as to whether they may need replacing before they fail as well.

Hot water is not coming in the kitchen tap. It works in the shower and other taps.

Since we moved in our hot water pressure has been pretty poor. We have a small tank and an infinite hot water. Sometimes the hot water will go cold for a few minutes if two people in the shower and then goes hot again. Sometimes the hot water pump makes a pretty loud noise. I have an instant electric hot water system in my apartment, it gets up to 45-50° in my laundry and kitchen taps but the shower and bathrooms are max 35-38°. I would like some help in locating and removing the tempering valve or valves that are limiting the hot water temperature in the bathroom. I'm happy to be flexible on the price.

Water flow on the first floor is weak — both showers or taps cannot be used simultaneously. Hot water on the first floor is only lukewarm, while the ground floor has no issue.

The metal at the bottom of water tank is leaking and the hot water system is continuously making buzzing sound. I am not sure what kind of system it is, please check the attached pics.
