Knocking sound when hot water tap turn on ( not mixer) It will knock for few seconds and then settle I want to get rid of the knocking sound as it is too annoying Perhaps need someone know cross connection well Also, I have a Quoss Freestyle Mixer. Need some help with this to check whether my recess seats is not damage. And can be correctly install.

Since we moved in we have very high hot water bill and we seem not to use as much hot water. Last bill was $460 for 2 months. We've askd other neighbours how much they get and it's around $120 for 2 months. Need help someone to check washing machine and dishwasher machine that is not connected to hot water and check hot water meter and compare to other neighbours.
