Replace kitchen tap – I’ve already bought a new tap from Bunnings, just need the old one removed and new one installed. 2. Tighten a loose pipe under the bathroom sink – it’s a bit wobbly and leaks occasionally. Should be a quick job – ideally done in one visit. Please bring your own tools.

Toilet is currently blocked. This usually happens around once a year due to a tree root growing into the pipe. Pipe needs to be dug up and tree root and blockage removed. Cost $180 last time but usual plumber not available until next week - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 26 January 2024
