Repair wall patch – Smooth and repair the rough wall/plaster patch beside the towel rail. 6. Tighten towel rail – Secure the loose towel rail properly to the wall. Please supply tools/materials and quote for the complete job. Experience with shower resealing/leaks preferred. “Diagnose and permanently repair the source of the shower leak. On the vanity sink, i will change it and i want the line to be cut and put a thread on to connect a new vanity, attaching the new vanity is not included in the job. Under vanity should be the same as the 3rd picture, 2nd picture is the line under the vanity that needs to be cut, 1st picture is the 2 line for an old bathtub that needs to be cut as well.

The blockage in the toilet is severe and affecting just one toilet. I have not attempted to clear it using a plunger as we are both disabled. There are no water leakage or overflow issues. The plumber's focus should be on fixing this specific toilet as soon as possible. Additionally, we would like a quote on installing a new toilet with a bidet.
