Kitchen Mixer Tap Repair – Swivel Spout Leaking Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair my kitchen mixer tap. The tap is spraying water from the base of the swivel spout (see attached photo). I believe it may need new O-rings/seals or another repair to stop the leak.

I've been using an on-tap filter for a while and now the back pressure has damaged/worn the seals inside the flick mixer tap itself. Just wanting someone to 'service' the flick mixer tap as even if the filter is removed if you put the tap on full pressure it still leaks out of the tap itself.

Mixer tap leaks from an internal connection when tap is turned on. I'm able to isolate the cold water just upstream of the leak though unsure on location of hot water isolation valve so haven't been able to investigate leak source further.

Current shower tap arrangement consist of the standard 1 x hot & 1 cold taps. Looking to remove & install 2 x shower mixer taps (main bathroom is twin shower). Work will also require the removal & replacement of shower tiles.

Looking for someone to have a look at our shower that is leaking through the wall. It does look like the silicone that connects between the floor and wall might need redoing? Looking for an experienced plumber to fix a blocked toilet in Ballajura today if possible. A complete plastic toilet rim freshener/holder was accidentally flushed down the toilet. The toilet still drains some water, but after it was used again, solids are now not flushing properly and are backing up. I have already tried reaching inside with gloves but cannot feel or retrieve the plastic piece. I believe the plastic holder may be stuck inside the toilet trap.

The blockage in the toilet is severe and affecting just one toilet. I have not attempted to clear it using a plunger as we are both disabled. There are no water leakage or overflow issues. Toilet cistern recently started to make a hissing noise and takes longer to fill up. Flush is weaker which made toilet block but was unblocked with a plunger. Probably needs a new inlet valve. Everything is Caroma.
