I’m in Bayswater and looking for a licensed plumber to complete the following: 1. Replace two shower overhead/rail units. I have already purchased the replacement units. Please remove the existing shower fittings and install the new ones, including checking for leaks and ensuring they are securely mounted. 2. Repair toilet cistern leaking internally into the bowl. The cistern water level slowly drops and then it intermittently refills. It appears likely to be the outlet/flush-valve seal, but please inspect and repair as required. Kitchen Mixer Tap Repair – Swivel Spout Leaking Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair my kitchen mixer tap. The tap is spraying water from the base of the swivel spout (see attached photo). I believe it may need new O-rings/seals or another repair to stop the leak.

I understand prices will vary depending on the model chosen. I’m looking for a competitive all-inclusive quote for supply + install + removal + certificates (so Im not sure about new valves or whats included or needed - so please ensure its a workable option etc). Need a plumber to change spa bath spout (already purchased see pics) Bath and basin taps drip unless turned off really hard so they probably require new washers. Housemate tried to replace bathroom basin taps with laundry taps to solve problem but has just made the laundry taps inoperable. Need them swapped back as they were fine before that. Toilet cistern recently started to make a hissing noise and takes longer to fill up. Flush is weaker which made toilet block but was unblocked with a plunger. Probably needs a new inlet valve. Everything is Caroma.
