Kitchen Mixer Tap Repair – Swivel Spout Leaking Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair my kitchen mixer tap. The tap is spraying water from the base of the swivel spout (see attached photo). I believe it may need new O-rings/seals or another repair to stop the leak.

I would like to have a toilet installed in my laundry room. Hi, Posting this on behalf of my mum who’s having issues with a leaking toilet. It looks like the leak is coming from the inlet pipework — not the waste pipe. She suspects it may be behind the tiled wall. We’re looking for a qualified plumber to come out today after 1pm to investigate and hopefully fix the issue. Unfortunately, we don’t have much more detail at this stage, so would appreciate someone experienced who can assess on-site. Job is located in Bayswater. Thanks!

Need a plumber to change spa bath spout (already purchased see pics) Bath and basin taps drip unless turned off really hard so they probably require new washers. Housemate tried to replace bathroom basin taps with laundry taps to solve problem but has just made the laundry taps inoperable. Need them swapped back as they were fine before that. Toilet cistern recently started to make a hissing noise and takes longer to fill up. Flush is weaker which made toilet block but was unblocked with a plunger. Probably needs a new inlet valve. Everything is Caroma.

The taps in both the laundry and the bathroom won't stop leaking and they can't be turned off the taps in the laundry are also extremely stiff and hard to turn on and off, the tap in the laundry wont stop running water
