Wall caved in needs to be replastered

I have had some salt damp chemicals injected and now need to patch with plaster the damage parts of the wall area is not more than 3mx 1m. There are a couple other small areas in the kitchen that need to be properly plastered before painting is done - our kitchen was renovated late last year.

Soft plaster in bedroom ceiling, 1910 house. Decorative cross panel needs fixing to ceiling. Stain block and 2 coats ceiling paint to ceiling and frieze. Room is 4m x 4m. Edwardian house so high ceiling. Contractor to supply materials,ladders, equipment. Must be self insured as task involves working at height.

I have some carpentry and plastering that needs to be done to repair some water damage at the back of my house. Care needs to be taken not to disturb any asbestos cladding in the walls. Three weatherboards need replacing, skirting on outside and inside of the bathroom window needs replacing, the wall inside the bathroom needs covering with cement sheeting so as not to disturb it. Then some plastering around it to tidy it up and some caulk for sealing out any water. I have some paint the same colour as the weatherboards to use and can purchase some white paint for the skirting if needed.

We are getting electrical work done in our 1950’s home over the 20th, 21st and 22nd of August. The front half of the house has solid double brick walls so the electrical work will result in some chased walls (about 2), aswell as some extra hole filling when power points, fan switches and switchboard are moved.
