There are 5 skylights in total, which will need to be appropriately sheeted and set around. A few other items to please allow for in the quote: All cornices are to be square set throughout the above areas. There are exposed rafters running through the house. These will need to be boxed/sheeted with plasterboard to both sides and along the underside of each rafter, then set ready for paint. Wet areas are to be appropriately sheeted and finished ready for waterproofing and tiling. All remaining plasterboard areas are to be set, sanded and finished ready for painting.
