I have a hole in the wardrobe ceiling that needs to be patched up, sanded and painted. The cornice will also need to reinstated. I will supply the plaster board, the cornice and the cornice cement. The hole is approximately 500mm x 300mm. The cornice is approximately 500mm. Both the ceiling and the wall will need to be repainted so the repair is blended in visually with the existing undamaged surfaces. Please supply the paint as part of your offer. The areas for the wall and ceiling are not large. If you do not paint, please do not make an offer. Refer to photos for reference.

I have a gyproc wall (minus the plasterboard as it needed to be torn down to access other works) that is 7.32 meters long by 2.4 meters high. The existing wall has 13 metal studs still in place with 600mm centres that are connected to the metal top and bottom plates. THERE WERE ARE NO EXISTING NOGGINS. I require new noggins to be installed as per Australian Standards and for the tradesperson to check and ensure that all the studs and plates remain secure. I DO NOT require the wall to be replastered.

Need a couple of plasterers to finish off mainly setting final top coat and sanding in multiple rooms. A few areas haven’t been set. Areas in photos without sheeting are being covered with VJ sheets. The plasterer we hired informed me he has to take a break due to personal reasons and can’t come back for a month. He estimated 3 days left on the job with 2 people. Hence looking for someone to finish plastering before 1st October. Willing to pay cash rate of $55 per hour each for labour only. All materials supplied.

Anthony was fantastic repairing three holes on our bedroom where a large air con vent and two down lights had been removed. Arrived on time, had lots of drop sheets to protect the area and did a great finish. And a genuine nice guy too. Very competitive price. Stoked with it all. If you’re looking at this photo keep in mind the plaster has just been laid and not yet sanded smooth nor painted.
