Repair plaster wall around a bay window and some of the roof from water damage . In total about 10sqm Then two small holes about 30x30 each to patched

I need a carpenter/builder to remove an internal double door (124cm wide), and frame and plaster the opening to create a solid wall (with skirting board) on both sides. The wall needs to be finished to a standard suitable for painting on both sides. EXTRA NOTES: I’m happy to pay extra for painting if you’d like to do that too (otherwise I will arrange it separately). And I will also need a power point and TV cable point installed on this wall. I will arrange this separately with an electrician, unless you have an electrician you could use to do it all in one job.

We need to replace and some of our ceiling and patch and paint if possible. The ceiling has some water damage and is sagging in some area's. It is a high tapered ceiling with a max height of 3.7m. Please see pictures of the ceiling and floor plan where we would like to work done. We would like the ceiling replaced in the area indicated by the red rectangle and the cornice replaced on both sides of the beam indicated by the Orange rectangle, the green outline is where we would like painted but if that’s not something you do that’s okay please just quote on the re-sheeting/plastering. Need someone to come and have a look at our ceiling, there is some sagging, so the gyprock would need to be refixed / replaced, need to replace some of the cornice, and there is some moisture damage so it would need to be painted. We have high ceilings in the area. The job is relatively big and would like someone to come to site and provide a quote. questions welcome

Had Walk-in-robe (WIR) removed. New WIR to be installed on 1 July but cabinets have no backing. As such, need walks to be patched sanded and painted. Also new skirting board and window frame required.

I’m needing 3 pieces of cornice installed in a new tiled shower approximately 1600 long as well as a ceiling patch approximately 900 x 450. I needed to fix some plumbing and could only access it through the ceiling. The cornices will be going over tile, I have the lengths required as well as a sheet of plaster for the ceiling, I just need someone to cut and install.

Previous patch repair attempt visible and poorly blended. Wall surface is uneven with visible dents/curves and rough patchwork. Have paint match already.

Patch hole in wall from plumber. I’ve got the plaster sheets that were cut out. Need it painted too, I can supply the paint. Hole is 1160mm x 500mm
