I have 1 rectangle 970x140 beneath a bathroom cupboard needing to be gyprocked. I also have 3 small holes requiring to be filled where power outlets used to be.

I am removing 5 x split system air con units existing as I am getting a fully ducted aircon installed. Once removed I will have 5 x 90mm holes to patch up. I have light colour bricks on the outside and will require plaster on the inside. I will sand and paint when the job is complete. I do not need this done for about 6 weeks as I need the air con installed first.

Had a little water damage around the place this winter. Looking for someone to professionally patch it and make it right before repainting. Walls are double brick and ceiling is concrete slab. Price is per hour, thought this may be easier as there is a little bit to do around the place. Please only offer if you are able to provide invoice.

Just had old brick closets removed. Require quote for replacing ceiling plaster board, wall render and plaster finish. There are 3 rooms and identical job. Ceiling plaster board size required is 1060 X 660 approx each room.

Stud wall with gyprock to be extended by 1m, framing opening to accomodate large wooden barn door (already made). All horizontal iron support beams to be encased with gyprock. Barn door is solid wood (jarrah) so very heavy. Framework must be strong enough to support it. Job is only one days work and needs to be done on 16th or 17th or between the 21st-25th. Building and carpentry experience essential.
