I have recently removed the ducting from our unused evaporative cooling system and now want to plaster over the outlets that are in the roof. There are 7 all up - 1 in each room. Single storey house.

I need a small section of bathroom wall re-sheeted to get the house rental-ready. The wall is approx. 1.6m high x 2m wide, currently exposed brick (previously had plasterboard). Tape and set the joins/screw holes for a paint-ready finish. I will handle painting once the wall is prepped. Install plaster to new internal walls , patches and stopping up

- stop up plaster and sand - fill nail holes on window and door frames - supply and install paint to walls, doors, window and skirtings. X2 walls approx 6m x 2.5m X1 wall 1m x 1.5m

Ceiling touch ups re-plastered from minor roof leak (now resolved) and small ceiling cracks in kitchen and dining room/hallway (all connected) in small house. Assuming whole ceiling will need to be done to avoid patchy look as kitchen, living and dining all connected within a small area. A couple other very small touch ups on ceiling cornice. A bedroom wall also marked which we would also like done depending on cost. I am happy to provide the paint.

Cover old powerpoint as shown and fill where old projector was on the roof. Also cover screw holes left from 4 speaker brackets.

Need a plasterer to fix a couple holes and dodgy patch ups I tried to do myself.

There are three holes in the roof from where old light fittings have been removed that need to be filled/ plastered/ and sanded down.

3 sections of wall in kitchen need replastering. House is 100 years old, it’s replacing thin horse hair plaster and just needs to be smoothed off - two parts have a piece of stone in front for the splashback and the other has a cupboard in front, so no need to prepare it for painting or tile. Exact measurements: 2100 X 1900mm 3000 X 1900mm 150 x 1500mm
