Background I have a ducted aircon unit in my double storey house that no longer works and therefore no longer used. Currently, there are 4 air ducts that go from the 2nd floor ceiling down to the ceiling of the ground floor, through my 2nd floor wardrobes/cupboards. These air ducts are covered and hidden by plasterboards. I want these removed, so that I can have more space in my cupboards. Task To remove plasterboard covers, remove air duct behind the cover (no need to remove the entire duct, just cut out the portion that consumes space in the cupboard), create covering for the ceiling hole and floor hole where the air ducts go through inside the cupboard and restore the wall back to original condition inside the cupboard (repair any damages due to the removal, paint, etc.). This task is required for each of the 4 cupboard (there is 1 air duct in each cupboard). Reference Refer to photos with measurements. 1x photo for bedroom 4 cupboard 1x photo for bedroom 3 cupboard 1x photo for corridor cupboard 2x photo for walk in robe (1x photo of top, 1x photo of bottom, I couldn't fit all in one photo).

We have a part of our garage where the plasterboard/drywall is broken. We need someone to come cut out the broken part and patch in some new.

Would like to plaster Exposed brick wall in dining room. 2.2m tall, 4.2m wide. Pic attached.

1) Have put the four patches back in the ceiling myself. But need good plastering and sanding, ready for me to paint. The holes are the size of a downlight. 2) Some small plastering/sanding for two screw holes and also ceiling where the hole saw slightly went off position.

5 holes need filling and made ready for painting. 10mm plasterboard required. Approximately 150mm wide and 280mm long. Will probably need some angle. Need done after the 2nd May and completed by May 8th.
