Plaster a hole approx 15x15 cm in the kitchen ceiling and plaster over a small crack in an upstairs ceiling. Repaint those areas.
Mark did a perfect job in replastering a hole in our kitchen ceiling and repairing a crack in the ceiling upstairs. I would highly recommend him for every aspect of the job, from showing up on time, to cleaning up after it was done.

Upstairs bathroom water leaked into my bedroom celling. Leak is repaired however water damaged ceiling. - open to all quotes - damaged ceiling portion is probably only 2 meter squares that needs replacing. Where the damaged portion is there is a fan ventilation system so will need to reinstall that part.The rest of the water damage only needs repriming and painting. - Due date: Flexible
