Job includes building frame under existing ceiling and cornice, supplying and installing new plasterboard, securely fixing sheets, and taping, setting, and sanding all joints and screw holes to a smooth, paint-ready finish. 4 x Light fittings need to be removed and reinstalled, they are plug in not wired.

Install cornices in 3 small rooms. Each room is about 2.4m x 2.3m. Labour only. I already bought the cornices (Gyprock Cove 55mm) and pre-mix cornice cement. I can also help hold up the cornice if 2 people needed.
