This consists of 2 infill panels first is 5100 x 400 H mm and the second is 7800 x 400 H mm

Need Ceiling Damage repaired, New 1250 x 820 (bit bigger if you want to reach another truss) Gyprock, Plaster, sand and paint. Paint can be blended best as possible as it’s a ceiling area. It’s a “ceiling white” colour paint may need to be supplied if customer doesn’t have it onsite.

2 X Sliding door requires fly screen mesh to be removed and replaced with new one. 1 X Window mesh needs to be removed and replaced with new one. (Mesh is not supplied need to be supplied by tasker upon arrival) There is also a small minor gyprock wall damage in bedroom requires batching up looking new before upcoming home inspection. (Paint is not supplied)

I am looking for a qualified Carpenter and/or Plasterer to repair damage in a downstairs rumpus room caused by a previous leak. The leak has been addressed and rotten wood removed, but I now need the following remediation work: • Carpentry: replace/reinforce timber framing in the corner where wood rot has occurred. This includes the area around the window lintel/header and the ceiling joist corner. • Window/Door Frame: Repair or replace the timber reveals/frames that were removed during the investigation. • Plastering: Replace the missing section of the ceiling (plasterboard), install new cornice to match existing, and patch/set the wall areas. • Finishing: Sanding and repainting. • I am currently seeking to understand the scope and cost of the work. This $50 task is for the site visit and formal quote. 2. Once the quote is agreed upon, I will increase the task price to the full quoted amount to cover labor and materials. Thank you

SEEKING PLASTERER WITH PAINTING EXPERIENCE. Need a Plasterer to complete a 3/4 finished Reno job that my sick tradie is unable to complete by Sat 31st Jan. Following to be done. -Complete another layering on 3x bedroom walls -finish plaster work and paint to completion (bedroom, hallway, kitchen)

Plastering required to patch 2 holes which were cut out of the plaster board to repair water leaks. Square setting. Hole 1: 1200 x 600 (approx) Hole 2: 600 x 200 (approx)

I took out the medicine cabinet in bathroom wall and tried to fix the hole myself with gyprock and filler. Continues to show cracks around the edge. Need someone to fix this for me, so no cracks are seen when painted over. I have some spare gyprock to use if needed.

Needs to be patched, sealed, and finished flush with surrounding plaster. 2. Bedroom wall: Repair the area where a wall light fitting was removed. There are multiple small anchor holes and one larger section that needs patching and smoothing ready for paint.
