Need a gyprock specialist to patch some holes (some ceiling some wall) left by old air conditioning ducts, and some from old light fittings in ceiling (already been disconnected just the fittings are left so we don’t have holes until it’s plastered). Should be 7 air conditioner holes size as pictured, 4 small light fixture holes (smaller ones pictured) and 5 larger light fixture holes (where the gold lights are pictured). We also need a few other repairs to cornices and cracks in walls, happy for you to give us a quote for these as I think you’d need to see them properly to assess.

NEED SOME HELP FOR MY UNFINISHED AND TRICKY PROJECT

The areas requiring plastering works are: Ensuite, Walk-in robe, Master bedroom, Bedroom 2, Main bathroom, Laundry, Hallway Back wall of the living room The plans also show skylights to the ensuite, WIR, bathroom and hallway. There are 5 skylights in total, which will need to be appropriately sheeted and set around. A few other items to please allow for in the quote: All cornices are to be square set throughout the above areas. There are exposed rafters running through the house. These will need to be boxed/sheeted with plasterboard to both sides and along the underside of each rafter, then set ready for paint. Wet areas are to be appropriately sheeted and finished ready for waterproofing and tiling. All remaining plasterboard areas are to be set, sanded and finished ready for painting. Please include all materials, labour, fixings, setting compounds and any other items required to complete the works.

I have removed a wall mounted TV and will be removing another one ( see photos). I would like to repair the holes and paint the wall. Price negotiatiable.

I’m installing a new bathroom exhaust fan myself and need someone experienced with plasterboard to adjust the existing ceiling opening. The current cavity/opening is approximately 3 inches larger in diameter than the required opening for the new fan. I need the existing opening reduced and the plasterboard finished neatly so that I can install the new fan afterward. Scope of work: Reduce/modify the existing ceiling opening to suit the smaller fan Add any necessary plasterboard support/backing Patch and finish the plasterboard neatly around the new opening Leave the area ready for me to install the fan Please note: Fan installation, electrical work and ducting are not required. I only need the plasterboard/cavity adjustment and finishing work.

Replace the Sagging section of plasterboard on the garage ceiling (see photo attached). Needing a room off our garage plasterboard . It is 3.5 x3.75 with another room 3.5 x2.1. Wanting this done cheap

I have a small hole in the wall that needs to be plastered. Ideally I’d also like it painted, but that can be a different task if required.

Proven professional gyprocker/plasterer to: 1. Gyprock sheet both sides of a sliding door cavity that has been removed and replaced with studs/noggins ready for sheeting. 2. A non-load bearing wall has been removed (4.5m wide *2.7m high) and gyprock sheet required to lhs and rhs and ceiling where wall removed, including adding cornice to both ceiling sides. 3. Replace gyprock sheets to several ceiling holes that were cut out as inspection ports prior to the wall being removed. Gyprock to be left to a very high standard ready for me to paint. Ignore the far wall in the photo with the insulation batts. That won’t be gyprocked as part of this work. Job can be done in 2 parts: Part 1 to be done ASAP sheet old sliding door cavity and lhs of wall where wall removed. To make way for cabinetry install along that wall. Part 2 : remainder of work over next 4 weeks.

Need a plasterer to patch up two small marks

I am looking for someone to help repair a small plaster chip on a wall corner, which is roughly the size of a 20-cent piece. As the metal corner bead is slightly exposed, the repair will require appropriate filling and sanding to ensure a smooth, durable finish that sits flush with the wall. Please let me know your availability to take this on, and clarify if you will be bringing your own materials and tools or if there is anything specific you need me to provide. I would also appreciate it if you could confirm your experience with patching and whether you are able to assist with matching the paint finish to the existing wall. Colour matching does not need to be perfect.

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.

It will need a proper patch so the wall is solid and finished neatly.
