Our drain pipe copped it a little too much in the last down pour. The plaster is flaking away. This is under a “fake balcony” at my property. Want an expert to do the job because I want the job done right. Image 1- drain pipe which is under the false balcony. I’ve taken the photo looking upwards towards the first floor. Image 2 - View from the window on the first floor. This is what over flowed and put pressure on the pipe. Image 3 - This is the front of the house. The drain pipe is to the right of the front door. The pipe goes into a down pipe into the ground. The plaster must be painted and look like nothing ever happened. I can provide the paint. Job needs to be completed before October. Don’t know if this a job for a builder, plumber? Available Monday, Wed, some Sat, Sun If you need to come back and complete the job on another day and I don’t need to be home that’s fine.
